How can I review the vendors in my area before signing up?

If you are looking to join our membership but want to assure the vendors we are providing match your criteria, you can simply download the app and sign in as a guest.

You can also view our web site. We are continually adding vendors so if you don’t see what you like, please come back soon and see what we have added.

I entered a store and they did not recognize me as a member. What should I do?

If your Bluetooth on your Iphone is turned off, the iBeacon will not recognize you are in the store. Please turn your Bluetooth on before entering.

If this does not work, you can tap the deal on your phone as a last resort and show the deal code to the vendor. Please submit a support request via app support function so we can assure we resolve the issue at the vendor location as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my membership?

Membership can be canceled at anytime through the app. Simply click on your name from the home screen, from Settings go to membership status and cancel membership. Please provide us feedback for what we could have done to keep you as a member of our community.

I have a vendor that would I would like added to the App, who do I contact?

First off, thank you for your support in expanding the value of our app. You can send details either from website or the support section of the app.

How do I collect rewards?

As an active member in the SpendWitty community, you will automatically be entered for random awards. The more active you are, the better your chances. Awards can be redeemed via mail or email. You will receive an email asking your preference along with the reward description and value.

Is this really free for vendors?

We have a strong belief that our ability to attract and maintain members requires obtaining the best possible solutions from quality vendors. Strong vendors are typically not interested in one time loyalty programs that require them to pay up to 75%+ on the dollar to join.

Our philosophy allows vendors to give holistically their discount straight to potential customers.
